1. Introduction

Welcome to Panhuu, a digital workspace platform developed and operated by Webisso LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Panhuu’s services, software, and website (“Platform”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Panhuu. By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Provided

Panhuu offers automation tools for social media management, script and code control, analytics, content scheduling, link tracking, and more. We facilitate access to third-party integrations but do not control or endorse external content or services.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity and content shared through your Panhuu account. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, shortened links, QR codes, and embedded scripts. We do not monitor or review your content.

You agree not to use Panhuu:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes

• To distribute spam or malware

• To infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

• In any way that disrupts the Platform or harms others

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Panhuu operates on a subscription-based model via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Downgrading your plan starts the new subscription immediately; no refund is provided for unused days from the previous plan.

Panhuu does not offer refunds for any payments already processed. You may cancel your subscription at the end of any billing cycle to avoid future charges.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, especially in cases of policy abuse, fraud, or violation of laws.

Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time. However, certain data may be retained as required by law (see our Data Deletion Policy).

7. Third-Party Integrations

Panhuu integrates with third-party tools (e.g., Canva, Google Drive, Meta APIs) solely to streamline user workflows. We are not liable for data loss, content issues, or service interruptions caused by these external platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Panhuu platform (excluding user-generated content) belong to Webisso LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our software.

9. Platform Changes and Availability

We may modify or discontinue any feature or service at any time without liability. System maintenance, updates, and outages may occur. We strive to inform users when possible but offer no guarantees of uninterrupted access.

10. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless and not pursue claims against Panhuu or Webisso LLC for damages resulting from your misuse of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

Panhuu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Webisso LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or data

• Downtime or technical issues

• Damages arising from third-party integrations

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Wyoming, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced through email or platform notifications at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
